1. Agreement and related policies
This User Agreement applies when you create an account or use the Orlino Service. It supplements the Terms of Service, Privacy Policy, and Cookie Policy. By using the Service, you agree to follow this User Agreement and the Terms of Service. If this User Agreement conflicts with the Terms of Service, the Terms of Service control.
The Service is provided by Aiverse Tech Pte.ltd., located at 112 Robinson Road #03-01 Robinson 112 Singapore (068902).
2. Eligibility and accounts
You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into an agreement. Provide accurate account information and keep it current. You are responsible for protecting your credentials and for activity you authorize. Notify us promptly if you suspect unauthorized access.
You may use Google, GitHub, or Apple to sign in when those options are available. Your relationship with the sign-in provider is governed by its own terms. Do not sell, transfer, or improperly share your Orlino account.
3. Using Orlino
Orlino provides access to supported AI model families through one application. Available model families may include GPT, Claude, Grok, DeepSeek, Kimi, Qwen, and others. Exact versions, features, usage allowances, and availability are shown in the Service and may change.
An Orlino subscription is separate from a subscription to a model provider's native product and does not include every provider-native feature or separate API credits. Third-party names do not imply endorsement or partnership.
4. Your Inputs and Outputs
You may submit text, images, audio, video, files, and other material as Inputs. You must have all rights and permissions needed to submit them. Do not submit confidential or personal information unless you understand and accept the relevant processing.
Outputs may be inaccurate, incomplete, outdated, biased, non-unique, or unsuitable for your purpose. Review important Outputs and use qualified professional advice where appropriate. You are responsible for decisions and actions based on Outputs.
You retain your rights in Inputs and any rights you hold in Outputs under applicable law. You authorize Orlino to process Inputs as needed to provide, secure, troubleshoot, and improve the Service, including sending relevant content to the provider supporting the selected model. Orlino does not use Inputs or Outputs to train or fine-tune its own foundation models.
5. Acceptable use
You must not use the Service to:
- violate applicable law or another person's rights;
- facilitate fraud, deception, unlawful impersonation, child exploitation, malware, or unauthorized access;
- threaten, harass, or unlawfully discriminate against others;
- obtain, expose, or misuse personal, confidential, or proprietary information without authority;
- bypass security, safety, usage, access, or billing controls;
- disrupt, scrape, overload, reverse engineer, or interfere with the Service except where law expressly permits; or
- make consequential decisions about people without appropriate human review and legally required safeguards.
Additional model- or feature-specific restrictions may apply when disclosed in the Service.
6. Subscriptions and payments
Prices, billing periods, introductory offers, renewal terms, taxes, and usage limits are disclosed before purchase. Subscriptions renew automatically until canceled as described at checkout and in the Terms of Service. You may cancel future renewal at any time using the available cancellation method.
Payments are non-refundable except where required by applicable law or expressly stated in the Terms of Service. Purchases handled by Google, Apple, Airwallex, or another payment provider may also be subject to that provider's payment procedures.
7. Suspension, deletion, and termination
We may restrict or suspend access where reasonably necessary to address a material breach, nonpayment, security risk, abuse, or legal requirement. You may stop using the Service and request account deletion.
After an account-deletion request is completed, associated personal information is generally deleted or de-identified within 30 days, subject to backup cycles and records retained for security, fraud prevention, transactions, legal compliance, or dispute resolution. Additional details appear in the Privacy Policy.
8. Service changes and availability
We may update model availability, interfaces, features, and technical requirements. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access or that a particular third-party model will remain available. Material changes affecting paid commitments are handled under the Terms of Service and applicable law.
9. Intellectual property and feedback
Orlino and its licensors retain rights in the Service, software, interface, branding, and documentation. Your permission to use the Service is limited, non-exclusive, and subject to this Agreement, the Terms of Service, and your plan.
If you voluntarily provide feedback, you permit us to use it to improve and operate the Service without obligation to compensate you, provided we handle associated personal information under the Privacy Policy.
